The greatest soul-winner that ever lived was none other than the Lord Jesus Christ. He is God's perfect and only begotten Son. Repeatedly in the Scriptures, we see the accounts of personal evangelism by the Saviour as He confronted the lost. His life was consumed with a passion for souls and a compassion fueled by perpetual vision of the fields that are ripe unto harvest.
One look at HIS heartbeat is gained when we consider His unusual response to the hungry twelve when they offered Him some food. He said in John 4:32 -"I have meat to eat that ye know not of." Just like us, the disciples could not grasp the thrust of the Saviour's spiritual words. How could they comprehend with their finite minds? Jesus then said, "...My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish His work. Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest." (John 4:34,35) God has called us replicate the heart of Christ in our sojourn here on earth. We need a zeal and burden that will move us to abandon all to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. Our loyalties to Christ must take place precedence to the dearest loyalties of this earth.
Our emphasis is Church Planting! The Lord Jesus Christ said in Matthew 28:19,20 - "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." The Great Commission is a Commission to plant local, New Testament, Bible Believing, Immersionist (Baptist) Churches. Our burden is to plant Churches in the un-reached parts of Karnataka and expand this mission-field to the un-reached parts of India. We are determined in our heart that the message of this ministry should not be ambiguous, but that it should be clear and true to the Great Commission.
This "Commission" was given by the risen Lord Jesus Christ to the apostles and through them to the churches. It is Christ's post-resurrection command to win the lost and establish New Testament Churches. It is emphasized by the Holy Spirit in that it is repeated five times (Matthew 24, Mark 16; Luke 24; John 20; Acts 1). This commission is to preach the gospel to every creature and every nation, to baptize and disciple those who believe, and ultimately to establish sound New Testament congregations wherever the Word of God is spread. This commission is to be perpetuated until Christ returns. It is the mandate and marching order for every New Testament church. We see the Great Commission fulfilled and exemplified in the lives of the apostles.
The record of the early New Testament Churches in the book of Acts manifests the practical outworking of this order of the Lord, and history testifies of the continuation of this practice of the Commission by the Lord's Churches through the centuries to the present day. They did not turn aside to political activity or to establish social movements. They gave themselves exclusively to the preaching of the gospel and the founding of churches that would perpetuate this "Commission." Every God-called preacher is under obligation to give himself to the fulfillment of the Great Commission, and ever God ordained ministry is under obligation to be in obedience to this God spoken Commission. The Scripture gives us our work, the Great Commission, and it clearly describes the channel for that work, the New Testament assembly. Whether it is a "Bible College and Seminary Ministry," "Children's Home Ministry," or "Publications Ministry," just to name a few, the Scriptural teaching is that each ministry must be in existence and function UNDER the authority of the New Testament Church. In the Scriptures we have everything we need. It is able to make the man of God "...perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." (II Tim. 3:16-17). What else could we possibly add to perfection? How vain it is to devise something better than God's original plan!
The KUMARS view this church, and every New Testament church, as an institution of divine habitation, divine ownership, and the place to proclaim, without apology, divine truth. It is "...the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth" (I Timothy 3:15).

India, our mission-field, has a population of over one billion people, and remains to be one of the most ethnically diverse countries of the world. Apart from her many religions and sects, India is home to innumerable castes and tribes, as well as to more than a dozen major and hundreds of minor linguistic groups. Religion, an inseparable part of Indian life, permeates every aspect of life; secular India is home to Hinduism, Islamism, Christianity, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism and a plethora of religious traditions.
